Had spotting this time too but like the other said it was when my period would have been and was light, lasted 6 days and I’m currently 10 weeks

I am sorry that you are having anxiety and spotting- fwiw I had spotting with my second pregnancy right around when I would have had a typical period- and it was my easiest pregnancy and birth :}
