Currently at 13 DPO...took the FMU and saw a faint line..:unsure though :( is this a positive result?

UpdateJust went to my OBGYN and had my ultrasound. Our baby has a heartbeat now and very healthy. Finally, after 4 years of trying we are blessed now with our precious little one. ??????
