Is there even a chance this is positive or am I seeing things? My RE wants to give me Provera to induce a period sometime very soon, but what if I am pregnant?!

This was the Target brand Up&Up pregnancy test. I am on CD37, but my temps were not charted regularly so I don't know when I ovulate
