Hi I have my period very soon about 19 cd! At bigining was just brown spotting then become red and little more . Now I'm 23 cd and still spotting I took pregnancy test and it seems positive to me I feel very dizzy from yesterday could it be an ectopic pregnancy or period and evap pregnancy test
