Ok, Ladies! Here's the skinny... I have PCOS. I don't O on my own and was set to begin my first cycle on Femara. Was told to test as a before any drug therapy could begin and HOLY MOLY... the one on top was this AM and has faded a lot but appears to be + still. Any guesses on DPO? Last mens. 3-19-14
