After thinking that I messed my cycle up with taking soy I finally got this on cd 19 im so happy I did take more then 200mgs I think my last dose was over 500 mgs I have been having o pains in BOTH my ovaries so we shall see what happens I do have pcos but my blood work came back GREAT
