Only 12 weeks post partum! Does anyone else see anything? I’m not too sure

My test looked the same with my son I had 12 weeks ago

Taken tesco brands - negative
Taken an easy@home, negative! No bleeding.

What the hell clear blue!? Never had such a fake positive before!!! It’s a blue line too!
