I had a miscarriage a month ago. Took a test yesterday (top) and today (bottom). Could this be residual HCG leftover or a new pregnancy?

It depends on how far along you were when you miscarried. If you were closer to the end of 1st tri, I would say it could be residual. But every woman is different in how her body handles hcg. Keep testing and if the lines get darker, you'll have your answer!
