Pregmate ovulation test. When’s the best time to have sex after a positive OPK. We did it last night and don’t know if we should every night or every other night? Cervix was high soft and open yesterday and today? Fingers crossed!

It was good that you did last night but at this point every day. If you skip a day you could definitely miss your window. Most people ovulate 12-36 hours after their first positive test.
