HCG is obviously higher today but the ultrasound did not see a sac or baby anywhere. Could I have implanted later than normal?

The top is a opk used as a pregnancy test. The bottom test was yesterdays. I went to have a blood test this morning and I am just waiting to hear back.
UpdateGoing in for an ultrasound 8/18 to see what is going on in there.

Here are the comparisons between my test at 9 dpo and then today at 25 dpo. I have already bled like I had my period with heavy cramping.

Ok ladies I have no idea what to say. I am 25 dpo. I had a blood test that showed I was pregnant but the numbers were not going up. I am having my last blood test tomorrow and so I thought that I would take an hcg test just to see that it was white. This test is not negative and it is very dark. WTH

The bottom one is from this morning FMU. It is much bluer and darker. Beta is tomorrow morning.
