So the line showed up instantly but at about 10-15 min it was gone. Is this positive?

So today I'm 7 dpo and I'm still getting this weird cloudy white stretchy cm. It stare at 6 dpo. I have been TTC for 8 months. I hope this is a good sign. Any opinions. TIA
