11dpo BFP!! 3rd clomid cycle.. Such amazing news after an ectopic 6 months ago!

UpdatePositive! - confirmed with a digi and my OB's office called to say my beta came back as "pregnant" from yesterday. I forgot to ask for the value! too excited!

OPK's - top (fainter test) is 12dpo at 4pm and bottom test is 13dpo at 3pm. It's my first 50mg Clomid cycle.. Definitely need some input! We'll BD anyway. What do u guys think?
