First off- Congrats! I wanted to just comment because I see no one else has. I don't have personal experience with an 18DPO BFP, but sometimes HCG can develop slowly. You could have implanted later than is usual for you. Have you been in for a blood test? That will be the best way to tell if your numbers are rising! I would hold for as long as possible and test again tonight (and tomorrow) to compare lines if I couldn't make it to the doc..but remember HCG doubles every 2-3 days so you may not see much now! Are you having any symptoms yet? Best wishes.
