I'm kind of in the same boat. Yesterday n this morn I had some spotting (cd 21&22) but no cramping like AF n my cycles are pretty regular too. I had a friend that could never take poas tests cuz they always came up neg. She always had to get a blood test. Maybe wait til ur missed pd n test or else get a blood test done.
