#5 you're brave! I can't imagine 5! From what I've heard from a few people who have more than 3 kids, it seems to take longer and longer, I don't know what the science behind that is, could be the uterus is just changing so much. I think that in your situation, I would just try to not try if you know what I mean. Go protection free and just do it for fun, not to make babies and I think it will happen. Some people try for years and end up with a baby in the end. My friend is now 25 weeks after three solid years of trying with clomid even. When the finally got pregnant it was when they had given up trying. I think trying is stressful and stress is just harmful period. My miscarriage happened at a time when I was extremely stressed and I know it was harmful to the baby. Just try to stay positive!! :)

Its strange my husband is the same way but my ex was completely different. My ex wanted it all the time, everyday during the 3 years we were together. My husband now is only interested 2-3 times a month at most and I have to initiate it. But we've been together 6 years, 7 this year and maybe He's just bored I dont know :/ have him look at porn beforehand maybe. As mad as it makes me that he can get it up for some sluttly blonde with fake tits, at least the sperm would make it to the egg.

I've never smoked before but I have friends who have, and one got pregnant her 3rd cycle after quitting and the other got pregnant while she was still smoking, she managed to quit when she was about 6 months along, she cut back between but I guess it was super hard for her and wasnt 100% clean until 6 months, she also started again once the baby was born. I dont think there's a set standard. My mom smoked through her entire pregnancy with me and my twin and all the way until we were 8 years old.

I was breastfeeding and got pregnant when my son was 4 months old. I didn't do anything different, I also hadn't had any periods either I didn't know I was pregnant until my milk supply went down and I saw a doctor about it. I don't know that you have to do anything? I sure didn't. Maybe a your doctor would know better!

I have a 4 and 5 year old as well and we're due with our third in the summer! We weren't trying, then found out we were expecting and got really excited and thought the timing was good but we lost the baby. I took it pretty hard and we decided to try for another. I think the space between the kids will be nice!

I had a MC in september but the bleeding lasted until late november. I conceived the following cycle once the bleeding stopped and am now 10weeks. I'm scared everyday of losing the baby but I try to stay positive. I say try when you are emotionally ready. I still keep my angel baby in my heart and know that he/she will always be a part of our family.

Always 17DPO+ for me this time I wasn't even sure until 20DPO. It all depends on how early or late you ovulate! My ovulation was 5 days late so it wasn't registering faint positive until 18 DPO, and my baby is measuring 5 days behind, go figure :)

The First Response test was early results the dollar store one wasnt so it makes sense that it would be negative, especially if you ovulated late. I would get another FRER test, you want to make sure the tests you're comparing react at the same levels of HCG or you could easily scare yourself into thinking you have a chemical pregnancy.

I never tracked my cycle because it was just too random. I did take folic acid supplement as well as a prenatal vitamin daily and my husband and I did the "deed" every other day. I always get pregnant first try after I do that.

Blood tests are very accurate they give the exact amount... so to be negative you'd have to have registered 0-4 which is what they consider non-pregnant. If you ARE pregnant you may have just implanted that day (unlikely if you're close to or overdue for AF) and tomorrow would double to like 6 or 8. I am assuming you got a 0 though? at 4w even I was 3,500 which was right when AF was due.
