I can't help much except tell you that I had cramps at 2 DPO with little spotting and they continued through 7 dpo. I'm now 8 dpo and still BFN when I test. My CM was lacking during the cramping. So all this to say, I don't know if it's a sign of early pregnancy but I'm in a similar, if not the same boat.
