Preterm Labour Pals

For anyone who has had previous preterm labour issues.
This is my third child, I had preterm labour symptoms with my previous pregnancy as well but that didn't start until 29 weeks and she still came at a safe 37 weeks.
This time, it all started at 11 weeks and it hasn't stopped (currently almost 22 weeks now)
If you have had early preterm labour symptoms, when did you end up delivering?
Here's my symptoms
-lost bloody mucus plug over the course of a week at 11 weeks
-loose bowel movements/ diarrhea since 12 weeks
-mild mentural cramps off and on
-mild backache off and on starting at 20 weeks
-BH contractions
-slightly shortened cervix (going in to see changes on the 29th)
