Best guess to Ovulation?

I had a paragard IUD in almost 2 years.
(I say had as I pulled it out yesterday)
Stats
lmp 6/23
Dtd 7/3 (I left town 7/7 and we didn't do it again)
Stinky pee started 7/16 (seriously like I was eating pounds of asparagus)
Pain and spotting 7/17 thought AF was coming cycle day 25!)
BFP and I mean BFP 7/20
USUALLY have 31/32 day cycle and 14 day LP(so O would USUALLY be CD 17 or 18)
I don't chart or temp just go by CM/CF and when cervix closes. I didn't check this month because traveling and packing and it clearly happened maybe a week before my normal?!

Short of a dating u/s (midwife will see me 8/16!) I'm trying to pin it down.
Any thoughts/insight?
