9dpo soft high cervix and creamy white cm

Hello! I'm currently ttc, I have no period yet but I've only been nursing my ten month old once or twice a day for a month and a half. I got almost positive opk's and crazy ewcm on July 17, did the BD July 16 luckily. Got a dip in opk the 18th so I'm hoping and assuming I ovulated on the 18th or 19th.

Based on that I'm about 9dpo potentially. I noticed my cervix has gone very soft in the last few days, def like lips. I can reach it easily but my finger goes all the way up. Not the single knuckle, but full middle finger. I also noticed lotiony and watery like can today. I got a bfn today but it's early.

I've been taking vitamin b complex to help bring my cycles back too.

What do you all think? Are these good signs or am I just being delusional haha

So tough to know anything when you don't get a period, I'm not going based on ofher signs
