Anyone get pregnant after a cervical polyp removal?

Hello ladies,
We have been ttc for 2 years and i have pco. I had a chemical pregnancy about a year and half ago. I decided to go for my yearly and ask for clomid. During my pap my doctor found a cervical polyp. She said it was small and at the very tip of my cervix. She removed it. I ovulate regularly (bbt chart, opk). So i was wondering if this could cause my infertility? Has anyone gotten pregnant after a cervical polyp removal? I was so surprised and nervous I forgot to ask my my doctor. I already have given birth in the past and I am 43 so guess age is a factor too. She did give me clomid and seemed pretty positive about our chances.
