Letrozole, Gonal-f, Oridrel & IUI + 6 Mature Follicles?

Has anyone had a similar cycle and produced multiples?

We've been TTC for 13mo with nothing but BFNs. RE started me on Letrozole + Gonal this month and WOW! My body has responded really well!

Today is CD10 - went in for sonogram to check follicles, and received surprising results:

Left: 18.3, 17.4, 13.9, 12.2
Right: 14.6, 14.1

Triggering tonight and IUI is scheduled for Friday morning. RE is certain that not all will ovulate, and we have a small chance of multiples. Hoping someone can share a similar story with a singleton result??

TTC - 13mos
Feb 2017 - 1st IUI + 2.5mg Letrozole (CD 3-8) + Oridrel = BFN
Mar 2017 - 2nd IUI + 5mg Letrozole (CD 3-8) + 75mg Gonal-f (CD 5-9) + Oridrel CD 10 + IUI CD 12

Expecting TWINS! 2nd IUI Cycle = SUCCESS! 0.5mg Letrozole (CD 3-7), 75mg Gonal-F (CD 5-7), Ovidrel (CD 8) & IUI (CD 10) Positive HPT at 10 DPIUI (3/20/17) 1st Beta (11 DPIUI, 3/21/17): 61.1 mIU/ml 2nd Beta (13 DPIUI, 3/23/17): 168.1 mIU/ml 3rd Beta (18 DPIUI, 3/28/17): 1,666.4 mIU/ml Baby A's heartbeat seen at 5w5d (4/5/17) - 98 BPM Baby B discovered at 5w5d, measured 5w0d, no HB yet
