6 weeks post miscarriage positive test?

I am exactly 6 weeks after the discovery of miscarriage of my first pregnancy. 3 days later my levels had dropped all the way down to 60. that was about 5 weeks ago. I just took an at home test because i did not get my cycle yet and it was a very quick and strong positive. Could this be a false positive from my previous miscarriage or another chance?!?!
p.s. I have reached out to my Dr but they had already closed for the day.
