I had this happen (and I'm sorry it wasn't a good outcome). My first blood test they were around 450 and I was 5+ weeks and my doctor said it was a little low but as long as they double. They rose very slowly then started dropping. Babies heart stopped around 7+ weeks and I had a d&c at 9w4d.
I really hope it turns around for you but I don't think they can start going back up again. But I'm also not a doctor. GL to you and I hope to hear a great outcome from you :)
