Positive home test, negative doctors

I have taken several pregnancy tests which are all coming back positive. I have all of the symptoms including tender breasts which are a bit bigger, darker skin around my nipples, nausea where it bubbles constantly, insomnia, purple labia and I feel like all of my clothes are tight. I have had stretching and pinching sensations in my pelvic area too. I also just know I am, like a gut instinct. I also have hot flashes, can't stand eggs, constantly tired to the point I can't keep my eyes open.Went to the doctors, and their test came back negative so she said it might be down to it being too early and the tests I used were more sensitive, or I have a false positive (I didn't think you could get these?)
I have another appointment in 2 weeks for a retest before I am allowed to be referred to a midwife.
Has anyone else had this experience? I feel a bit confused and upset at the moment as not sure what to think or expect?
