Sore breasts more than normal and quit after 7dpo?

Hey ladies! I'm not sure if this is the place to start a chat about this but here goes lol. I have had SUPER sore breasts this cycle after ovulation and since 7 dpo they have died down! They're still a bit sore but nothing like they were. I also haven't had the typical cramps I usually have during 2ww. 7dpo laying in bed that night I had 5 quick stabbing cervix pains about a minute apart. (That's weird!) I have also been nauseas throughout the day on and off since 7dpo. I bought 3 first signal hpts and used them 7,8, and today (9dpo) and all negatives. Today I started feeling a touch bloated and barely there crampy (more like I may have to use the rest room soon but I don't lol) I normally start my pre-af spotting on 10dpo so I'm really hoping I don't see it tomorrow! Any ladies out there have similar things happen and get a bfp? I'm going crazy and just need to hear some positive happy stories! Thanks :)
