Hi cassan! I tried Soy ISO for three cycles and I did not get a BFP but I did O using the Soy! I had irregular cycles and never knew when I would O. It brought my cycles from 58 days down to 34 days! However, the soy did not get me a BFP so I have moved on to Clomid and just found out I have PCOS. Good luck to you taking the Soy! My advice is start out at the lowest dose because I started out pretty high and thought I was having a kidney stone when I O'd. There are a lot of success stories with Soy so maybe you will be one of them!

We are meant to start oi & ai via iui but due to the time of the year, finances are an issue. I feel helpless doing nothing, so I thought id try soy. Praying for a bfp

TTC 1st - PCOS
1st Cycle using Soy Isoflavones
I take them with dinner @ night.
Only side effect are headaches & nausea. (Could be due to other causes though/also taking prenatal vitamin & vitamin D)

CD 2 160mg
CD 3 160mg
CD 4 160mg
CD 5 200mg - Today
CD 6 200mg

Fingers crossed for ovulation!

CD 2 160mg
CD 3 160mg
CD 4 160mg 
CD 5 200mg - missed
CD 6 200mg - missed

I missed the last 2 days because I started to back out, concerned I was making matters worse & thought it would mess up my cycle.

Just out of curiosity did an ovulation test on Christmas day & it was positive.

Does that mean I ovulated? I did one again today (2 days later) and thought it was a positive, could they be false positives?
