Pregnancy after loss (PCOS)

Hi,
This year has been quite eventful for me. To give a brief about me, we have been ttc since March 2015. I have PCOS and we tried to do it naturally for an year. It was March, 2016 when I gave up and started with 2.5 Femara (as suggested by my doctor). To our surprise, we got a positive the first time we tried. We were so happy and I was blaming myself for not trying it earlier. Our first doctor visit at 7 weeks went great and we saw the heartbeat of our first baby. My ob called us for another ultrasound in 2 weeks and we went there all excited just to find out that the baby had passed away. It was a moment I can never forget in my life. It took us so long to accept it and get back to our normal living. I so very much wanted a baby and it was so hard to deal with such a situation. Moreover, after my miscarriage, 4 of my friends got pregnant around the same time and they were having a perfect pregnancy. Even though I was a well wisher for them, it was killing me from inside. I decided to change my entire lifestyle. We changed our doctor after this (don't know why, but it was just impossible to go back to the same hospital and meet the same doctor). Moreover, I wanted to go and see a specialist. I started having supplements ( prenatals, fish oil, vitamin D, metformin for PCOS, and baby aspirin). I also started exercising real hard. I just wanted to be so busy as to not think about the baby I lost. I was told that I could try again after getting one regular period after the D&C procedure.
I changed my diet and switched to good fats, low carbs healthy diet. I read a LOT about PCOS. I finally got my periods 6 weeks after the procedure. With a totally new lifestyle, I started gaining some hope. But when 4 weeks had passed and I did not get any period or positive hpt, I started getting disappointed. I kept checking every 4-5 days. One day I randomly used an opk instead of hpt and got a positive. I was excited and confused. We baby danced. I checked the next day and it was darker. And to my surprise, I got a bfp 2 weeks after this (i.e. More than 9 weeks after my period). I realised that all this time I never used to understand my cycles and we would stop baby dancing earlier on. We finally conceived naturally as I always wanted to. I consider this a miracle. I am so nervous and excited. I just hope that everything stays fine and may God shower his blessings on all of us.
My take away is that we should let things happen naturally and not forcefully. We should try to understand our body and we must workout very very hard. Stay fit and stay blessed.

P.S. I did not have to courage to write all this before. I still am not over my miscarriage and this baby is definitely not a replacement but it certainly gives me a ray of hope.
