Too early?!!!

So me and my Hubster are ttc baby #2... I am 5dpo... My boobs are sore, my nipples are sensitive, but not sore, Iv been urinating frequently, have massive pressure in my pelvic region and my back... Surely... If I am pregnant., it's way too early for symptoms like this?? Anyone else??
