BFP 12DPO Scared of chemical pregnancy

BFP at 12dpo and had several positives on Internet cheapies plus a clear blue digital. BUT I'm 2 days away from AF and worries about possible chemical pregnancy. Haven't told husband yet which is killing me but I wanted to wait until AF date comes and goes. Haven't had loads of symptoms, some tenderness of breasts and today mild cramping which I normally get before AF due. Just so scared as this is the first ever BFP I've had since TTC and chance of miscarriage I hear is high.
