can implantation bleeding happen a week after period??

So I got my period Monday Novembver 21st and it ended Sunday November 27th. On Saturday December 3rd I had a huge glob of discharge and there was a very tiny thing of blood in it. Since then I feel like I've been having so much discharge, but is it even possible for implantation bleeding to happen one week after a period? When do you think I could test? My periods arent 100% regular but I always get it in the early 20's of every month
