18 dpo, BFN, pos OPK on CD 16 -- thoughts?

Hi everyone,

Wondering if anyone has thoughts on what's going on here.

CD1 was August 26th, normal intensity and duration
Positive OPK on CD 16 am, negative by evening of CD 17
BD on CD 12 and 13 when I had a lot of EWCM
BFNs at 14, 17, and 18 dpo; wet CM, cramps and headache
Normal LP is 15 days, normal cycle length is 31 days

I thought we'd be out this month because our timing wasn't great (I was out of town when the OPK went positive) so now I'm getting worried there's something wrong...or maybe I didn't O? When should I see my Dr?
