Vitex chaste berry supplement
A little background: I have ovulation issues and a mild form of PCOS but have decided to ttc number 2. I'm 21 years old and a little overweight, but nothing major.
Anyhow! I was wondering if you ladies have had any luck with vitex (or any other supplements) helping out with regulating cycles or getting pregnant? I'm also currently on metformin 1000mg daily. If you did have luck, how long did take for the medicine to work?
