Is this common

I took a test on Thursday 10th March at about 12 midnight and it came back with a faint positive. I would have conceived around the 28th of feb and was due for af on March 1st but it was four days late and was only light bleeding and only lasted two days. Do you think I am pregnant. I feel like I am I really do. I am going to go to doctors tomorrow and ask for blood test but want to know what you all thought
