Anovulatory cycle vs ovulatory cycle temping

Hey ladies. Okay so here's the skinny.... I am typically anovulatory. Like every cycle which is like 5 max a year. Anyways, I have taken clomid and femara both without results. Typical bbt is no higher than 96.2 but is usually around 95.6. However, this cycle I am on a higher dosage of femara, metformin, and pregnitude. My temps this cycle are starting out at 96.6-97.3. Could this be a sign that I might have something happen this cycle or am I just reading too much into it? TIA
