Really late period and light spotting?

Im almost 4 months late for my period, negative urine tests and a negative blood pregnancy test 2 weeks ago.

Saw my doctor 2 weeks ago and she was SURE im just stressed even though I know I'm not more than normal.

A few days ago I got what seemed to be a faint positive FRER test but since then all tests are negative:(

I have now been spotting 1-2x a day for the last few days (and when I say spotting I mean tiny amount of pink blood mixed with discharge)

Im confused on what to think is going on, my doctor was no help and said to wait 2 months before I come back to see her again.
