The exhaustion is real
So this is month 3 of ttc for #1 for me and my husband. I have promised myself no tests or symptom spotting untill I get my missed period. Anyway..I'm only 5 dpo, I realize there has been no time for anything to happen but my fatique is getting to the point where my husband is worried about me. I'm normally a pretty active person but the last few days my body has felt completely drained of all energy. My main question is how to try to healthily get it better. I'm trying to stay away from caffine and soda since I'm in my tww. Any advice would be appreciated.
