Is it clomid or early pregnancy symptoms

Had Norplant removed and am ttc. my periods started out ok but reduced to 1 to 3 days long.. my normal was 5-6days... i stopped experiencing ovulation pain after the removal... dr gave me clomid cd1 to cd5. i had pain from cd5 to cd12 then no pain. i was temping and my temp went up on cd13. today is cd15. we had the bd twice on cd9 and once on cd12. i was extremely tired on cd13. now am having all these symptoms.. hunger nausea fatigue headaches extreme berping twinges since cd12... is it clomid .... am going crazy ..help anyone
