Trying to conceive while taking tablet Duphaston

Hi all,
I need your advice on my problem. I am trying to conceive almost for a year and is not successful.

Last January I saw a doctor, who gave me Clofert (from 2nd Day to 5th Day) and Duphaston (from 16th to 25th).

I started taking those from my february cycle. My march cycle was abosulutely on time (on 29th Day). But this month, it is due for last four days. I was due on 21st April.

My question is, does Duphaston help having timely period? If so and still I am not started, does it mean there is a chance of pregnancy?

I don't have any cramp but sore breast for almost last 10 days.

Please help me guys!!
