A very strange time

s a bit of a long story....
Last cycle (Feb) was first month ttc, charted and timed dtd well despite dh working away Mon-fri. 3 days late and then strange af, 1 days heavy, 2 days med then spotting for 2 days. Had cramping since ovulation which didn't let up, tendency, bloated abdomen, sore nipples (still bf toddler), dizziness and nausea.
This cycle only had 9 day lp, cramp ramped up and had some watery pink/light red on pad, following 2 days tiny bit of brown on tampons (nowhere near enough to fill it) and bit more watery pink Saturday then brown cm yesterday and today. If anything cramp and stitch pains are worse, no let up in.symptoms again and still testing bfn.
Just don't feel right.
Blood, urine and swob all normal.
Got urgent gynaecologist appt Thursday, Gp thinking adhesions again after awful emcs with ds or ovulation issues.
Help. I feel like I'm going insane. I don't feel right but bfn's just make me feel even more confused.
Anyone similar or any ideas?
