pulsing in abd?

tonight i had the strangest sensation. i had a very strong pulsing on the left side of my abdomen. i have no idea what this could be or mean. has anyone else experienced anything like this?

i had a similar thing last night and this morning. its possbile to be gas passing. or maybe its your egg being released and/or traveling. Im not sure to be honest but i didnt experience the same thing!
