what do you consider being lightheaded?

So i feel like i have been wearing glasses all day, and i have just took them off and my eyes are trying to adjust....

Am i crazy or is this considered being lightheaded?

Maybe my eyes are just getting worse...lol.!

hmmmm... not sure about that one but it sounds interesting. I've had the room spin whenever I lie down or if I bend over to pick something up too quickly.
