Positives followed by a negative?
Hey everyone,
So in the last 2 days I have taken 6 pregnancy tests. 2 of them were FRER and the rest were off brands from the dollar store/Walmart. Both FRER were faintly positive, and the line from today was a little darker than the one from yesterday. I have tons of dollar store tests so I just keep taking them (lol).
I took one (dollar store test) this evening and it appears to be negative. So of course I'm psyching myself out about it, paranoid that maybe this means the hormone is decreasing and I'm going to miscarry. I highly doubt I had 5 false positives on different brands. Has anyone else experienced this and what was the end result?

P.s. I already went for the blood test this morning but the lab tech said I wasn't allowed to call for the result and have to wait until Monday.

You're only 11dpo or so, right? It's still early enough that urine concentrations matter. I've seen your tests, well especially your FRER! No false positive there!
I think you are wise to have gotten started with blood work. Hopefully that'll be reassuring! And if it was your first draw, it's the repeat that really matters. I know, they wouldn't give me results over the phone either. The weekend is a looong wait!

Awesome! I'm up near Port Townsend.
Update on my topic here.... Took a FRER at 3 am after holding "it" for 5 hours and it was faintly positive like the other tests. It's still scary for me thinking the line should be darker but I know it takes time. I'm not taking any more home tests today and I'm calling my doctor when they open at 7am tomorrow! Lol
