What cycle days and dose did u take? Im on CD5 and my second dose of clomid, 5th round. Dont expect to have a legit surge before 3 days after ur last pill, and O wont happen before 5 days after. It takes time for the hormones to start firing off. Have u been bd'ing?

this is my 3 cycle of clomid and at 200mg and i o'ed on cd19 so it can take up to 10 days to work! do you o regularly > i dont from the pcos it sucks!!! but i got my first pos opk ever so that was wonderful now i have a fair shot

Thanks for reply hun. I did take clomid from cd3-cd7 nit was 50mg.
You are right now i'm thinking to start testing from cd18. I hv been every other day for four days. What dose r u taking?

Wow, michasmith, 200mg. Im on my first full round of 150, last cycle I did a 100/150 mix. Thats crazy! I hope it works for u!!

Dont wait til cd18 to test, definitely not! Keep testing twice a day but be aware that results cant be taken as accurate if they fall before 3 days after ur last pill, so cd10 for u. Good job with the

Good luck dear n my doc told though i ovulate on my own but not very healthy for conceive nd that's why she put me on clomid. I know many women took their BFP though they have PCOS but its really hard n ifeel tired now. Let's hope for babies had you done blood tests for previous cycles on clomid? Did you ovulate on your previous clomid rounds?

I keep having cramps from cd5 but now i feel they became intense.
Today i have vry high pain in my left ovary n that's why i tested n test came negative. I will be testing again tom. Then i let you know about result. How r u feeling? How long have you been TTC?

Ovary pains are a good sign, for sure! I think u'll end up with a positive OPK soon!! =))

Im feeling ok, thanks! My right ovary was twingin' up a storm today, only day 2 of pills too lol. I better get a good egg outta this cuz I have a feeling this ovulation will hurt.

We've been TTC for 18 months now, no pregnancy so far but I'm ok with it. We have a 12 yr old son already, so even if for some freak reason, I never get pregnant again, I still got one sperm and egg to meet....and he's pretty cool beans!!
