Just wanted to share!!
So i started Vitex about two weeks ago, after "ovulation" (don't know if i ovulated) and a few days before i was expecting my period. AF came CD27 and opposed to my long 6 days of heavy bleeding plus 4 days of spotting that i usually get, AF was completely gone on CD6/7
!! Yay i'm very excited and hope to see more results with continued use. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but i am very pleased.
