Anyone get burping before a bfp

Ok so I never get belching like I have last 3 days that's how I noticed it I feel like a machine lol anything that I put down like fluids or food I'm beltching weird for me. Also never had heartburn so assuming it was and it hurts lol went to bed to get rid of it lol. My gums bleeding to and had blood in nose when I woke up ewww just tired of looking at signs for hope husbands bday Sunday period due Monday. Took a Walmart cheapie two days ago - but was only 9 dpo and its not a early detection test gunna wait til period late to test maybe a belated bday present
