How many days prior???

My cycle is 31 days and ovulation is day 18.
I've tried 4 days & 3 days prior to Ovulation and every month is a negative test (3 months now).
I have 2 kids already that were conceived the first time both times.
Can anyone offer a suggestion as to why I'm finding this so hard third time around???

I am in a similar place. This is my first cycle trying but I already had two negatives but I tested to soon. Good luck to you. It takes time sometimes.

Yes well I actually stuffed that up......I did 5 day's then 4 day's and it worked 3rd time lucky 3 days prior - I am due in Feb 2014
