Unexplain infertility and miscarriage

Hi ladies,
I'm 41 and I was diagnosed whit unexplained infertility for years. After 2 years of treatments, I became pregnant twice and I have 1 miscarriage and one ectopic pregnancy. During those two emergency I notice that technician that did my Eco sonograms was measurements my uterus for almost one hour. she did not want to tell me any thing. Oops, the doctor did not tell me any thing either about the fibroids.
Asking for second opinion, a fertility dr. found that I have fibroids (8) and performed a surgery to remove them. Nothing happened.
Then, my hubby and I move to adoption but destiny play another card. Last December, we were bar to adopt our baby girl from Russia.

Four month later, we try to conceived naturally and plan use IUI next cycle because we can not afford a IVF treatment.

does anybody try Acupuncture to improve the chance to get pregnant.
Please some suggestions how improve our chance.

Aloha --

Just read your post and I am in the same boat except the unexplained infertility.

Though I had been pregnant before, I too am 41 and in the last year have had a miscarriage and an ectopic. Not fun stuff huh? I also had the fibroids but I decided that I didn't want to do surgery for that.

Anyway at this point I am using Royal Jelly and will probably do a fertility cleanser starting with the next cycle.

So far though I've been taking the RJ for about a month and a half. They say to use it for 3 months as that is how long it takes the eggs to develop.
