Late with symptoms, does this sound like early pregnancy?

So I am 5 days late on my short cycle and 1 day late on my long cycle, but every cycle before this on was getting a day or 2 shorter each month.
I have been starving all day and really tired. I have been having mild cramping on and off and lots of low backache. I am craving chocolate and protien like crazy, mostly hambugers..I dont really ever eat much meat, just every now and then. and Im having mood swings, i am peeing often even when I don't drink much water...all these symptoms have been going on for like 6 days... does this sound like early pregnancy or Pms?

I took a test yesterday morning and it was negative, but Im not sure when I ovulated and if it's to soon to test.
