8,9,10 DPO tests turning pink after hours. Why?

Why are my tests negative within the window but then turning pink later. My 10dpo test from today turned pink after 1.5 hours. My 8dpo six or seven. Why? It can't be evap right? It's not gray.

hey there
i actually did have similar situations even with first response and i got my period
it was clear pink too different test but you never know could be possible test again but don't trust until it comes in the time frame but i know pregnant people had similar stories like you
