Very Confusing Cycle

I have been pretty sick and have completely lost my appetite badly which I think could have messed up my cycle. 6 days before AF I had unprotected sex. Then 3 days before AF was supposed to come, I started getting a lot of runny and clear CM, like the kind you get during ovulation. This happened for a day and then I got very light pink spotting which turned into bleeding but I had no clots and it lasted 3 days instead of 6+. It was also extremely painful and I don’t normally get cramps. I’ve never not had clots, I never cramp, the color of the blood was different and I’ve never had CM like that when I wasn’t ovulating.

Once it was over, I still had a super weird feeling and I tested and got a vvvvfl 7-8 days after the clear CM. I waited 2 days after that and I get a faulty FRER test, take another and see a vvvvfl on FRER but it’s not any stronger and I’m not even sure it’s pink so I’m worried about an indent. Should I even bother to continue testing I feel crazy? And there’s been no progression between the 2 “positive” tests which are barely there. I don’t want to get my hopes up.
